To get away from all the nuts on the ground.

They don't want to wake up the rest of the bunch.
Why don't flies fly through screen doors?
Because they don't want to strain themselves.

Because it has a head on one side and a tail on the other.
Why is a garden like a story?
They both have plots.
Why is a rabbit's nose always shiny?
Because his powder puff is on the wrong end.
Why is it dangerous to walk around the country in the spring?
Because then the grass is full of blades, the flowers have pistils (pistols), and the trees are shooting.
Why is it so wet in Great Britain?
Because of all the kings and queens that reigned (rained) there.
